After caring for patients in the hospital setting, Michael recognized that many people were searching for more than treatment—they wanted prevention, recovery, optimization, and confidence. That vision led to the creation of Royal Health & Wellness, where evidence-based medicine meets personalized care.
Beginning as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Michael combines years of clinical experience along with advice from his healthcare mentors to provide a passion for helping people look, feel, and perform at their best.
Michael is committed to providing every client with an experience built on professionalism, education, safety, and results. Whether helping clients recover faster with IV therapy, optimize their health through wellness treatments, or restore confidence with advanced aesthetic services, his goal is always the same: to deliver exceptional care while building lasting relationships.
Dr. Augustine Nguyen
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Augustine Nguyen is a board-certified physician dedicated to delivering safe, evidence-based care with a patient-first approach. With nearly two decades of medical experience, his background spans general surgery, minimally invasive procedures, vascular medicine, and aesthetic treatments, allowing him to combine advanced medical expertise with a meticulous attention to detail.
At Royal Health & Wellness, Dr. Nguyen serves as Medical Director, providing physician oversight while helping ensure that every treatment is performed with the highest standards of safety, innovation, and quality. His commitment to combining modern medical advancements with compassionate care reflects the practice’s mission of delivering exceptional aesthetic and wellness services.

Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies:
We ask that all guests supply a credit card to have securely on-file. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
- Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours time frame from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may be considered a no-show and is subject to 50% of each service booked.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.
