Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies:
We ask that all guests supply a credit card to have securely on-file. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
- Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours time frame from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may be considered a no-show and is subject to 50% of each service booked.
